Acceptance and eligibility

By using Maye, you accept these terms. Maye is for people aged 16 and over. You are responsible for activity on your account and for protecting sign-in credentials. A guest account is also an in-app account; changing devices or losing a session can affect access.

Permitted use

• You may use Maye for personal, lawful purposes.
• You may not harm or disrupt the service, automate abusive access, bypass security controls, or use another person's account.
• You must have the necessary rights to content you submit.

AI, recipes and food safety

Maye's ingredient recognition, recipes, menus, cooking times, nutrition values and other suggestions may be AI-assisted or estimated. Results can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. You must verify ingredients yourself and make independent decisions about allergies, intolerances, diet and medical needs. Cross-contamination cannot be detected or guaranteed. Check cooking times and temperatures for your actual food and equipment. Maye is not a substitute for professional medical, nutritional or dietary advice.

Free and Pro features

Maye may offer free and Pro features. Pro access depends on an active store purchase and the relevant entitlement state. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless cancelled. Pricing, renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the applicable Apple App Store or Google Play rules.

Account deletion

You can start account deletion from within the app. Deleting your account does not itself cancel an active Apple App Store or Google Play subscription; manage the subscription through your store account to stop recurring billing.

Service, intellectual property and liability

Maye may modify, suspend or discontinue the service. The Maye brand, software and content are protected by applicable rights. To the extent permitted by mandatory law, the service is provided as-is and liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited. These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, subject to mandatory consumer-law rights.
